Pero el cambio requiere transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la comprensi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En primer lugar, es importante reconocer que la comprensi\u00f3n es un proceso cognitivo. Nos ayuda a nombrar emociones, explicar patrones y construir narrativas sobre nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la comprensi\u00f3n genera una sensaci\u00f3n de control.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Pero esto no implica necesariamente cambiar comportamientos.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En este sentido, la psicolog\u00eda cognitiva demuestra que los pensamientos influyen en el comportamiento, pero, por s\u00ed solos, no bastan para transformarlo<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Un ejemplo sencillo: comprender lo que sientes no significa saber c\u00f3mo gestionarlo.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 la comprensi\u00f3n no genera un cambio autom\u00e1tico?<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/umajuda.com.br\/es\/entender-como-o-cerebro-funciona-na-hora-de-planejar-manter-a-disciplina-e-a-motivacao-pode-ser-a-chave-para-o-sucesso\/\">cerebro humano<\/a> tiende a conservar energ\u00eda. Por lo tanto, prefiere la estabilidad y recurre a comportamientos ya automatizados.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En otras palabras, incluso cuando comprendes que un h\u00e1bito es da\u00f1ino, cambiarlo requiere interrumpir patrones establecidos, lo cual exige un mayor esfuerzo cognitivo.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Mantener lo que ya existe, por otro lado, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y requiere menos energ\u00eda<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el cambio implica m\u00e1s que solo comportamiento. Tambi\u00e9n incluye emociones, contexto y repetici\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Es decir, no depende \u00fanicamente de la comprensi\u00f3n o el deseo de hacerlo, sino que implica procesos cognitivos, emocionales y conductuales m\u00e1s complejos<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Por lo tanto, resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil comprender por qu\u00e9 saber o comprender no evita la repetici\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u00bfConoces esa sensaci\u00f3n de \"S\u00e9 que est\u00e1 mal, pero no puedo evitarlo\"?<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>La diferencia entre la comprensi\u00f3n y la transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En una comparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Comprender:<\/span> es cognitivo, r\u00e1pido, brinda alivio y explica.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cambiar:<\/span> es conductual y emocional, procedimental, genera incomodidad y requiere acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>As\u00ed pues, comprender es un paso. Cambiar es un proceso.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 participa realmente en el cambio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Y quiz\u00e1s te preguntes: \u00bfqu\u00e9 participa realmente en el cambio?<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que se produzca un cambio, el primer paso es la repetici\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ning\u00fan h\u00e1bito o comportamiento nuevo se consolida sin ella. Hay que <a href=\"https:\/\/umajuda.com.br\/es\/a-importancia-da-repeticao-e-esforco-consciente-no-desenvolvimento-de-habilidades\/\">practicar y repetir<\/a> para crear <a href=\"https:\/\/umajuda.com.br\/es\/afinal-de-contas-o-que-e-neuroplasticidade\/\">nuevas conexiones neuronales<\/a> y debilitar los viejos patrones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El contexto tambi\u00e9n influye directamente en el cambio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El entorno en el que te encuentras puede facilitar o dificultar el cambio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las emociones son otro elemento esencial.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunas experiencias pueden entenderse, pero no necesariamente procesarse.
