En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os comenzamos a hablar m\u00e1s abiertamente de ello, pero la poblaci\u00f3n brasile\u00f1a es una de las m\u00e1s ansiosas del mundo, seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS). Seg\u00fan datos de la organizaci\u00f3n, el 9,3% de los brasile\u00f1os sufre ansiedad.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Aunque parezca solo mental, la ansiedad tambi\u00e9n es un trastorno f\u00edsico, que se <a href=\"https:\/\/umajuda.com.br\/es\/ansiedade-como-identificar-se-ela-esta-afetando-o-seu-desempenho\/\">manifiesta de diferentes formas<\/a>, desde falta de concentraci\u00f3n, tensi\u00f3n muscular, hasta problemas para dormir.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A pesar de que existe mucho debate sobre la ansiedad, muchos todav\u00eda creen que son \u201cs\u00f3lo florituras\u201d, y que s\u00f3lo hace falta tener m\u00e1s fuerza de voluntad para realizar las actividades del d\u00eda. Pero ese no es el caso: las investigaciones muestran que la fuerza de voluntad por s\u00ed sola puede no serlo todo cuando se trata de este trastorno.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la fuerza de voluntad?<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>La fuerza de voluntad es mucho m\u00e1s que determinaci\u00f3n, autodisciplina y autocontrol. Los psic\u00f3logos definen la fuerza de voluntad como nuestra capacidad de resistir las tentaciones en pos de un objetivo mayor. Es un esfuerzo consciente del yo por uno mismo y es un recurso limitado. Es decir, cuando necesitas evitar constantemente las tentaciones -y no me refiero s\u00f3lo a ese dulce de sobremesa, evitar conflictos es tambi\u00e9n resistir una tentaci\u00f3n-, puedes agotar tu fuerza de voluntad<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los psic\u00f3logos tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1alan que las personas con mucho autocontrol se agotan m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, por lo que no son mejores que los dem\u00e1s a la hora de realizar sus tareas<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Ansiedad x Fuerza de Voluntad<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ser\u00eda f\u00e1cil, si en un momento de ansiedad, pudieras usar tu fuerza de voluntad para crear un razonamiento l\u00f3gico y decirte a ti mismo que es s\u00f3lo tu cerebro el que te est\u00e1 jugando una mala pasada. Sin embargo, ninguna fuerza de voluntad podr\u00e1 superar el hecho de que, en un episodio de ansiedad, el cerebro apaga las regiones dedicadas al razonamiento l\u00f3gico<sup>2<\/sup>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Entonces, cuando alguien te diga \u201cnecesitas un poco m\u00e1s de fuerza de voluntad\u201d, sabr\u00e1s que no es as\u00ed.
