Y no se trata s\u00f3lo de la salud mental, los investigadores han descubierto que ser agradecido tambi\u00e9n tiene efectos en la salud f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Pero aqu\u00ed no se trata s\u00f3lo del acto de estar agradecido, estamos hablando de vivir la vida con m\u00e1s gratitud incluso por las peque\u00f1as cosas, aquellas que muchas veces damos por sentado. Para vivir de manera m\u00e1s positiva, es necesario apreciar incluso estos logros.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Investigadores norteamericanos descubrieron que vivir con gratitud tiene efectos positivos sobre el sue\u00f1o, alivio del dolor, reducci\u00f3n de los niveles de estr\u00e9s, tambi\u00e9n ayuda al sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y nos anima a practicar h\u00e1bitos m\u00e1s saludables, como una dieta m\u00e1s equilibrada y actividad f\u00edsica<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En salud mental, la gratitud contribuye a nuestra autoestima, trae emociones positivas y nos hace m\u00e1s optimistas. Seg\u00fan la terapeuta Dra. Amy E. Keller, la gratitud estimula la producci\u00f3n de los neurotransmisores dopamina y serotonina, asociados con el placer y el estado de \u00e1nimo, respectivamente. Adem\u00e1s de favorecer la liberaci\u00f3n de oxitocina, responsable de los sentimientos de generosidad y confianza<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u00bfQui\u00e9n dir\u00eda que mirar las situaciones desde la perspectiva del vaso medio lleno podr\u00eda ser tan bueno para ti, verdad? Ahora bien, si a\u00fan no practicas la gratitud a diario, es hora de empezar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Hay peque\u00f1as acciones que puedes incorporar a tu vida diaria para ser m\u00e1s agradecido y, adem\u00e1s, mantener bajo control la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s. Puedes empezar un diario de gratitud donde anotar las peque\u00f1as cosas por las que te sientes agradecido, como el aire que respiras, el caf\u00e9 que puedes tomar por la ma\u00f1ana y la posibilidad de vivir un d\u00eda m\u00e1s<sup>2<\/sup>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Un segundo consejo es crear una caja de gratitud y cada d\u00eda escribir dos o tres cosas por las que est\u00e1s agradecido ese d\u00eda en hojas de papel y ponerlas en la caja.
