Por eso, hemos reunido una serie de consejos sobre h\u00e1bitos para prevenir lesiones.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>1 - El calentamiento es fundamental<\/strong>un paso importante antes de cualquier actividad f\u00edsica es el calentamiento. Reserve de cinco a diez minutos de su tiempo para estirar y hacer ejercicios de movilidad general que activen grandes grupos de m\u00fasculos<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>2 - Hidrataci\u00f3n y dieta equilibrada <\/strong>una dieta equilibrada es fundamental para el correcto funcionamiento del organismo, incluso durante la actividad f\u00edsica. Mientras que una correcta hidrataci\u00f3n ayuda al organismo durante el ejercicio y tambi\u00e9n durante la recuperaci\u00f3n<sup>1,2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>3 - Ropa y calzado adecuados: <\/strong>elegir la ropa y, especialmente, las zapatillas deportivas para hacer deporte tambi\u00e9n puede prevenir lesiones<sup>2<\/sup>. Hoy en d\u00eda, en el mercado existen multitud de opciones de zapatillas espec\u00edficas para diferentes actividades f\u00edsicas. As\u00ed, las zapatillas para correr no ser\u00e1n las mismas para el tenis, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>4- Ejecuci\u00f3n y progresi\u00f3n: <\/strong>puede parecer una obviedad, pero realizar los ejercicios correctamente evitar\u00e1 lesiones. Adem\u00e1s, es necesario hacer una progresi\u00f3n gradual, respetando los l\u00edmites del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>5 - Respeta tu cuerpo: <\/strong>estar dolorido al d\u00eda siguiente es diferente a sentir dolor.
