El \u201cciclo del h\u00e1bito\u201d consta de tres etapas: una situaci\u00f3n que inicia el comportamiento, que luego se convierte en rutina y finalmente trae alguna recompensa por ese comportamiento. Por ejemplo, cuando est\u00e1s estresado decides tomar una bebida alcoh\u00f3lica y te genera una sensaci\u00f3n de relajaci\u00f3n<sup>1<\/sup>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identificando el desencadenante<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ahora bien, sabiendo c\u00f3mo se genera un h\u00e1bito, podr\u00e1s deshacerte de \u00e9l. El primer paso es identificar el desencadenante y evitar que suceda. Si quieres pasar menos tiempo en tu m\u00f3vil, por ejemplo, puedes silenciar las notificaciones o establecer un l\u00edmite de tiempo de uso. Algunos tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes tienen esta funci\u00f3n en su sistema, y \u200b\u200btambi\u00e9n existen aplicaciones para ello.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Reemplazo de la rutina<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar la sustituci\u00f3n, es decir, reemplazar uno malo por uno bueno<sup>1<\/sup>. En lugar de beber para relajarse, puede realizar una actividad f\u00edsica ligera, como caminar. Las actividades f\u00edsicas son una opci\u00f3n para gestionar el estr\u00e9s que puede desencadenar este mal h\u00e1bito.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Usar la recompensa a tu favor<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Otro paso es utilizar la recompensa a tu favor. Por cada objetivo alcanzado en el camino de romper con un mal h\u00e1bito, date una recompensa. Se convertir\u00e1 en un est\u00edmulo para continuar<sup>2<\/sup>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Finalmente, entender que no somos robots, ni siquiera seres perfectos, y los fracasos o descuidos son parte del proceso de cambio de h\u00e1bitos.
