Adem\u00e1s, la presi\u00f3n de terminar un proyecto, aprobar la prueba de acceso o sacar una buena nota puede venir acompa\u00f1ada de altas dosis de estr\u00e9s, que dificultan tu rendimiento y provocan ansiedad.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Por ello, es importante descubrir c\u00f3mo afrontar el estr\u00e9s, ya que eliminarlo por completo es imposible.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Existem ferramentas e maneiras simples de voc\u00ea manter o estresse em xeque:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>1 \u2013 Actividad f\u00edsica: <\/strong>no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser algo muy intenso, puede ser un simple paseo al aire libre. La actividad f\u00edsica ayuda a metabolizar las hormonas del estr\u00e9s y promueve una mejor calidad del sue\u00f1o<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>2 \u2013 Dieta equilibrada: <\/strong>una dieta m\u00e1s completa, con carbohidratos, prote\u00ednas, frutas y verduras contribuye a tu salud general, a fortalecer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y tambi\u00e9n a reducir los efectos del estr\u00e9s en el organismo. Tambi\u00e9n es importante evitar consumir mucha az\u00facar y alimentos muy grasos<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>3 \u2013 Dormir bien: <\/strong>la relaci\u00f3n entre el sue\u00f1o y el estr\u00e9s es muy estrecha, la falta de sue\u00f1o puede generar estr\u00e9s y al mismo tiempo el estr\u00e9s puede quitarnos el sue\u00f1o. \u00bfEntonces lo que hay que hacer? Establece una rutina de sue\u00f1o. Evite el consumo excesivo de alcohol o cafe\u00edna cerca de la hora de acostarse, cambie el tel\u00e9fono celular por un libro, tome un ba\u00f1o tibio y trate de acostarse a la misma hora todos los d\u00edas. De esta forma acostumbras tu cuerpo y mente a dormir m\u00e1s y mejor<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>4 \u2013 T\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> hay varias formas de relajar la mente y el cuerpo.
