O te est\u00e1s cepillando los dientes y lo siguiente que sabes es que te duelen las enc\u00edas por la presi\u00f3n del cepillo, porque estabas imaginando c\u00f3mo responder\u00edas a un insulto de un compa\u00f1ero de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entonces, hay un \u00e1rea del cerebro que se activa cuando la persona no est\u00e1 involucrada en ninguna tarea cognitiva espec\u00edfica, esta \u00e1rea activada se llama Red de Modo Predeterminado \u2013 DMN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando nos relajamos solemos imaginar cosas, recordar situaciones y viajar en el tiempo. La DMN se ha asociado con varias funciones cognitivas, desde el acceso a la memoria autobiogr\u00e1fica, el razonamiento moral, la evaluaci\u00f3n social y, m\u00e1s notablemente, la divagaci\u00f3n mental, un estado de reflexi\u00f3n sobre uno mismo y los dem\u00e1s. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>(1)<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La DMN muestra una mayor actividad durante el estado de reposo cuando el individuo se concentra m\u00e1s internamente que en el mundo externo o en tareas que requieren atenci\u00f3n. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>(2)<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las regiones del cerebro involucradas en la DMN incluyen la corteza prefrontal medial, la corteza cingulada posterior, el l\u00f3bulo parietal inferior, la corteza temporal lateral, la corteza prefrontal medial dorsal y la formaci\u00f3n del hipocampo. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Por eso, cuando imaginamos una discusi\u00f3n con un compa\u00f1ero de trabajo o cu\u00f1ado diciendo todas esas verdades que merece escuchar, y de repente suena el tel\u00e9fono, la red neuronal se desactiva, sin embargo el malestar como si realmente hubiera discutido. se produce en el cuerpo y no sabemos por qu\u00e9 no nos sentimos bien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cambio, cuando nos concentramos en algo el DMN se desactiva y los pensamientos negativos desaparecen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchos investigadores han demostrado que las personas se sienten infelices cuando su mente divaga.
